A movie about freedom, the freedom we have inside us, the one that allows us to choose between death in life or hope. It doesn't really matter where you are, if you are a prisoner or not, there's one thing that cannot be taken away form you, the liberty isnide your heart and your mind. This freedom goes from playing an harmonic (creativity) to believing in hope no matter how dark it is the world of shit you live in.
Here I put a letter from the protagonist to Red (Morgan Freeman). The protagonist manages to escape from jail and, when his friend is set free, he remembers a place that his escaped friend told him to go to look for "something for him". I hope you can value it.
"Dear Red, if you are reading this, you've gotten out, and if you've come this far, maybe you are willing to go a little further. You remember the name of the town, don't you? (it is the town he told Red he would go to if he managed to get out of jail) I could use a good man to help me get my project on wheels. I'll keep an eye out for you and the chessboard ready. Remember, Red. Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies. I hope this letter finds you, and finds you well.
Your friend, Andy."
