Who's unfair?
Today, I saw how a family had bought the house one of my best friends had lived gor almost all his life. They were out because they had economic problems which could not be solved on time. Whilst all this happened, I saw how his parents decided to live separated (although without divorce) and how his mother, little brother and him were forced to live at his grandmother's house. I guess I won't have to say how sad I am feeling now. All I will say is how I never say any tear drop from his eyes, how he always showed strenght when many others, myself for instance, would have gone down.
Many people blame God for all this but, is it there any other guilty than ourselves? Maybe some of us find it easier to lay the blame on God rather than on us. It is us who allow all this to happen, although I know that the bank cannot say "OK, from now on nobody has to pay their debts". What do we say to that?? How can we permit that tp happen?? It is us who is unfair, not anyone else.

Lincoln, a must see¡¡¡
"We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution."
"This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or exercise their revolutionary right to overthrow it."
"Euclid's first common notion is this: "Things which are equal to the same thing are equal to each other. That's a rule of mathematical reasoning and its true because it works - has done and always will do. In his book Euclid says this is self evident. You see there it is even in that 2000 year old book of mechanical law it is the self evident truth that things which are equal to the same things are equal to each other."
"A compass, I learnt when I was surveying, it'll... it'll point you True North from where you're standing, but it's got no advice about the swamps and deserts and chasms that you'll encounter along the way. If in pursuit of your destination, you plunge ahead, heedless of obstacles, and achieve nothing more than to sink in a swamp... What's the use of knowing True North?"
"If you can look into the seeds of time and say which grain will grow and which will not, speak then to me."
"How can I hold that all men are created equal when here before me stands stinking the moral carcass of the gentleman from Ohio? Proof that some men are inferior. Endowed by their maker with dim wits, impermeable to reason, with cold pallid slime in their veins instead of hot red blood. You are more reptile than man George, so low and flat that the foot of man is incapable of crushing you."
A movie about one of the most remarkable men upon history who fought against one of the worst ills which attacked the major principle of the United States, slavery. A really incesive film that shows the life of that man, Abraham Lincoln, besides the contemporary high politics in which the main American prejudices (that contradict the principles on which the nation was founded) are exhibited and, of course, fought.

Last night I was reading a book in which there was a well descrited group rape scene of 6 soviet soldiers raping a german woman (situation that had already happened in Russia when Germans invaded it, but that does not give the right to do that to anybody¡¡). When I read it...I really disgusted, so disgusted that I even felt sick. I could not manage to fall asleep because, in my opinion, There's no worse crime than rape. I stayed lying on my bed for hours thinking how humans could do that...I was kinda depressed, and I am not kidding. Whilst I was feeling sick, I started to listen to Forrest Gump's soundtrack, and I remembered the good side of all of us. I chose to be strong before the disgust, before the hate and the pain, and I felt prouder than ever of my attitude. I abstracted something good from the worst to be better.
With all these, I decided that I would fight to avoid that stuff to happen although, obviously, I can't do it all by myself. Yes, I am claiming all of you to fight with me against the wickedness of we human beings, because UNITED WE CAN¡¡
We all have a duty to us, humankind. Everyone chooses his/her own way: some choose to make the world better by writting for a newspaper, others compose beautiful music pieces to make us remember the sense of beauty, and some others choose to protect us from ourselves, but we can't try to make it by ourselves because, in that way, we will fall. We can start, for instance, by creating a better educative system to teach our youths about humanity to create a better future without pain and hate...or any other idea¡¡ But we gotta start now.
We all have light and darkness inside us, and it is our duty to light the duskiness.
"It is very important to generate a good attitude, a good heart, as much as possible. From this, happiness in both the short term and the long term for both yourself and others will come." Dalai Lama.
"The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself." Friedrich Nietzsche. => I do not like this author ,I find irrationalism really...huh...really irrational (pardon the pun), although I recomend to read as many authors as you can because you can always find something worthy to be read,
